Live music is still booming in 2009 despite the continued economic downturn. Take That are currently thrilling stadiums full of hen parties the country over, playing to more than 1 million people in their biggest tour to date. Later this summer (with any luck) Michael Jackson will embark on a 50-date sold out stint at the O2 Arena. Glastonbury has also slod out this year, indicating that whilst people are saving money elsewhere, they are  continuing to spend on tickets for big gigs.
